It is very important to shape those who will teach in the future, otherwise gaps are created. Therefore, every year, the responsibility of guiding younger students in their studies, as well as music practice, is entrusted to the senior students under the "Teaching Assistant Scholarship."
The total number of teachers in our educational centers is 16, all of whom are students of Dishari.
Subjects Taught:
- Education
- Computer
- Football
- Art and Craft
- Music (Dance, Singing, Instrumental)
Under the "Teaching Assistant Scholarship," we cover the tuition expenses of the teachers, which includes their college fees, monthly private tuition fees, and necessary books and notebooks. In return, our teachers take responsibility for teaching students in Kalatan Vidyalaya and students from outside the school in various subjects.
Under the Under the "Teaching Assistant Scholarship," not only do 16 senior students benefit, but through Kalatan Vidyalaya, 375 tribal boys and girls are also being given the opportunity to shape their education, culture, and future.
You will be pleased to know that, even during the extreme situation of COVID-19, our teachers stood by the Indigenous students, risking their own lives during the lockdown. Through the 'Open Year Classroom' initiative, they went from village to village every day, taking on the responsibility of teaching indigenous children.
